Situation:

ThermoSteam Systems, Inc. manufactures a line of industrial steam boilers with a unique feature. While most steam boilers require an extra tank to store returning condensate, ThermoSteam built the tank right in, making their systems easier to install and maintain. ThermoSteam boilers also require less floor space. The only problem is that this concept is sometimes difficult to explain

Solutions:

We created a Flash demo that is embedded in the home page, and which guides the customer to more information in the ThermoSteam FAQ.

Situation

Soon after we completed a new design for their site, Kay Industries requested that we design several GIF ads. These ads were to run on the website of Fine Woodworking Online Magazine, with the goal of driving traffic to the new site.

Solution

MarketQwest designed two ads. One ad focused entirely on the problem, the other added more information about the Phasemaster converter. The ads alternated on the website.

Situation

For the Kay Industries site, we felt we needed a small animation to help explain exactly what a rotary phase converter does.
